typo: page 1: desginated -> designated a investigator's small -> an investigator's small represents a Vehicle -> clearer -> represents both a Vehicle and a location a Vehicle. (remove dot) -> a Vehicle that is in their location = I think you can remove this safely. (perhaps add who can move a Vehicle, lead investigator, any investigator, or only agenda or act cards)
Flood tokens: I don't own TDC, so it would be helpful to have a pdf sheet of those tokens and if not at least say how many tokens are needed.
page 2: A fully flooded location -> more clear -> Ignore any instructions that increase the flood level of a fully flooded location.
